Two Things My Grandfather Taught Me About Love

“People love for many reasons, but no matter the reason, love can make you live longer and happier”
He pick me up and put me around his neck, i could feel his big arm around me and his lovely smile telling me that all is well.

“The reason I’m still alive and strong today is because of love, I will tell you why, when I first met your grandmother, I was not strong as I am now, though I was young, I didn’t understand anything about love though we were attracted to each other, we just knew that we were meant for each other, I will tell you how we know, listen and listen very carefully to this two things I’m going to tell you about love:

1. Love has no colour

The secret to long and lasting love life is not in the color of the skin. So don’t be confused about which color to choose from, it is not in the height of the person, so don’t place height above love, and it is not even in the size or the pocket of the person.

Love is so simple but we choose to make it complex. Your generation attribute love to money and sex, but the truth is, such love is time bound, it’s fades with time.

Love has no color that’s a fact of life, though character plays a big part in a relationship, love is natural, once you find the one that was made for you, you will care less about her lip color, her skin color and everything that is attached to color.

2. Love is colorful

The blessings that is attached to love is uncountable, unending and elevating. Once you find it, peace, fulfilment, favour and everything good will follow your relationship. If you want to live a successful life, find true love not money or sex. Love keeps you when the money is no longer coming, love keep you when you are not strong enough. It’s love and love alone that can sustain and cure your loneliness, sex is just for a moment;find true love. Money can’t guarantee your happiness, but love is everything.”

As he drop me down from his neck, I can feel tears rolling down his face, I reach out to clean it.
“Don’t worry my grandson” he held back my hand “sometimes, you need the tears to truly appreciate the true meaning and values of love’
