What makes heartbreak so sad is the void you will feel after the person is gone especially if you were truly connected to the person. These are normal emotions and you need to accept them as time goes on in order to handle what is in front of you, which is “Moving on”
One may ask, is having a heartbreak a sign of weakness?
First, you need to understand that you are doing something worthwhile by being open to closeness, love and happiness. Having a close ties with someone’s else is life most treasured possession but when Love turn hatred, laughter turns murmuring and sweet words turns abuse, life becomes frustrating, heartbreak set in and if you are not careful, loneliness becomes your only companion.
Please always remember that :
1. Life goes on
Sometimes in the future, you are going to look back and realized that a heartbreak did not break you, instead it’s makes you better, stronger and wiser.
Not everyone you met in your past belong in your future, some will just walk through your life, some will stop and say hi, some will stick with you and some will not even say a word. Heartbreak is just ten letters, one word and one saying, grow with it and move on, life goes on.
2. No relationship is a waste of time.
Your life is not a waste of time, every breath, every moment, every relationship has its own time, season and purpose. Violeta Para said “Don’t cry when the sun is gone, because the tears won’t let you see the stars”
When one relationship ends, pick the mess if you can but don’t cry no matter the situation, just find the stars and move on, life goes on.
3. Feeling can be deceitful.
Trusting your feeling completely can break you and it is not safe. Don’t let your feelings control your actions and reactions. Apply wisdom where necessary, learn to control your emotions and never allow your emotions to control you.
4. You cannot change other people.
Every relationship offer you an opportunity to keep working and developing yourself. Don’t try to change people, instead help them to realize their full potential and be ready and willing to help them live their dreams.
