Your relationship maybe killing you slowly if you fail to take the right steps. 

Relationship is meant to be fun, fulfilling and enjoyable, anything short of this is suffering.
Trust me, it may not be exciting always which is normal but when fighting, arguing, jealousy, etc becomes an habits, you need a way out.

Here are three ways your relationship may be killing you.

1. Fighting and arguing with your partner increase your risk of heart problems, anxiety and hinders your body to function properly.
So many things can cause fight in a relationship, poor communication, conflicting goals, jealousy, lack of trust among others.
Maintaining a relationship in a fight and win situation normally lead to stress which will hinder normal functioning of the body and may lead to a break down..

Tips: Avoid anything that will lead to a fight, learn to communicate effectively and find a common ground when there is a disagreement.

2. Depression.

Having a relationship with someone who is critically overbearing, who is so suspicious and who doesn’t trust you may lead to depression.
When you are depressed it affects your personality, you becomes hopeless, rejected and unhappy, these feelings are dangerous to your health.

Tips: Define your goals before going into any relationship, know the strength and weaknesses of your partner, this will help build a loving and a happy relationship.

3. Communication

We received a complain from one of our readers about his wife who always deprived him of sleep at night with discussion.
Communication in a relationship is very important, but poor or lack of communication may be killing you slowly.
Depriving yourself of sleep at night to discuss is not really good for your health.

Tips: Be open to each other and be free to tell your partner when a decision is not favoring you, if you endure from day one, you will suffer the effect for a long time.
