There appears to be too many trouble for Jose Mourinho, just when he should be worried about Chelsea poor form especially after that 3-1 thrashing by Liverpool, former Chelsea Team doctor Eva Carneiro has taken legal action against the Portuguese
Eva Carneiro allegation against Mourinho is that he was instrumental to her being dropped and demoted at the club.
It is reported that Mourinho will be served with legal papers this week and if the case proceeds he could be required to appear at an employment tribunal.
Under employment British law, an individual can be personally liable for damages if victimisation or discrimination can be proved.
Carneiro was removed from match-day duties after going on to the pitch to attend to Eden Hazard during a draw against Swansea on 8 August.
After the game Mourinho said she had been naive, and she was subsequently removed from the bench.
The FA ruled Mourinho should not face charges for using discriminatory language.
