Group Report That APC, PDP Spent N11.6bn On Presidential Election

According to a release yesterday, The Centre for Social Justice said the People Democratic party and the All Progressive Congress spent a combined whopping spent N11.66bn to finance the 2015 presidential election.

According to the report PDP spent N8.75bn representing 75 per cent, while the APC spent N2.91bn.

The breakdown of the amount according to the group is as follow

For campaigns and rallies PDP spent N1.28bn while the APC spent N671.06m

For billboards PDP spent N473.16m while APC spent N190.38m

On electronic media campaign PDP spent N532.1m while APC spent N410m

For electronic media advertisement PDP spent N3.98bn while the spent APC N1.06bn

For print media campaign PDP spent N2.47bn while the APC spent N579.6m.
